Who 'Who Ever We Are' Are
We both found ourselves in a small Devon town on the edge of beautiful dartmoor. Good for the soul, not so good for working in the arts. In summer of 2015, we met through mutual friends at a music festival that Howard's band and Marcus's wife were performing in. Having momentarily bemoaned the difficulty of working in the arts in such a rural setting having both been used to working in Europe, we decided to get together to see what would happen.
We met for three consecutive mornings with only one brief: we each bring a theme and starting exercise, and we see what develops. What developed was the beginnings of a show: connected:disconnected, which lead inevitably to forming Who Ever We Are.
